Irena Vazhenin is Certified and GA Licenced Neuromuscular Therapist for 20 years, Russian Trained Physical Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner since 2012.

Irena is trained in Neuromuscular, Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Points, Sports, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot sone, Cuppings and Medical Massge.

Irena uses variety integrative methods and individualized approach to each client to reduce pain and reach deeper state of well being.

health balance.

Irena is also trained as Ayurvedic Practitioner. She offers ayurvedic life style assesment and

consultation as well as ayurvedic treatments.

Irena is passioned about yoga and swimming.

She competes as Master swimmer in USA and International Competitions.

Her latest achivement was 5th place in open water competition at Pan American Master's Games, in Orlando, Florida  in summer of 2018.
